If you would like to request a place for your child to attend Painswick Playgroup for 2023/24, please complete the form below and drop it off at Playgroup (we have a postbox to the right of the main door), or you can post or email it to us. Please return the form by 31st March 2023, as this is when we allocate the majority of places. If you would like your child to attend Playgroup in the current academic year, please contact us to discuss availability.
