If you would like to request a place for your child to attend any time between September 2020 – July 2021 please complete the form below and drop it off at playgroup (we have a postbox to the right of the main door).  Please return the form by 31st March 2020, as this is when we allocate the majority of places. Later applications will be allocated to any spaces.
