Painswick Playgroup is run by a parent & carer Committee, who form an integral part of Playgroup. The Committee meets once a term, and our AGM is held in September just after the start of the new school year. We are always looking for new members to help us run the best Playgroup we can, so if you would like to be involved, please contact the current Chair of the Committee (contact details below). In particular, we always need people with website and design know how, and HR and safeguarding experience. In addition, it’s great to see what skills and perspectives new people can bring to the table: in the past we’ve had parents undertake a thorough security assessment of the building, develop a beautifully designed A-Z Playgroup handbook, and a parent-led diversity audit of our toys and books.
